It consists of two double bedrooms, each with two single beds, lounge / diner leading to an open furnished balcony overlooking the sea. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, T.V. Mnet..

Most of the units have stunning sea views.

The daily rate for four people ranges from R480.00 inclusive per day out of season & escalates towards peak season. Furnishings are attractive, comfortable and we are reputed for a high standard of housekeeping .. Service is included in the tariff on alternate days.

Each unit in the complex is joined by patios and beautiful gardens making this complex unique and charming.

A short way up the road is the Main shopping centre with supermarkets, restaurants and public transport.

The position of Prince Edward Mansions is central to all tourist attractions near the Waterfront complex (about 4 kms) and the city centre and placed perfectly for trips to Table Mountain, Cape Point, Stellenbosch Wine Route etc.

 In the same area near the beachfront we have other units ranging from studio bed /sitters which are fully equipped for two people.

The rate ranges from R150 per day inclusive for a single room and R350 per day for an en-suite double room.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen and a large sunny dining room for the communal use of the guests. Each bedroom has a T.V. with DSTV, bar fridge and most bedrooms have en-suite shower /toilet in the room. There's also a lock up cupboard in the kitchen for each room’s personal provisions.

Lounges and a roof top balcony with incredible views over Sea Point & the ocean and mountain views are for the communal use of the guests.

All rooms are attractively furnished, comfortable and we are reputed for our high standard of housekeeping. Daily service is included from warm and friendly staff on duty.
